Over the years we have been commissioned to renovate more than 300 buildings—dating from the early 18th Century to the late 19th Century—with the goal of bringing these often magnificent structures up to the lifestyle accommodations for the 21st Century. The replacement of many interior and infrastructure elements is usually required: roofing, windows, floors, mechanical and electrical systems, to name just a few. We always follow the official guidelines and treat each building with the greatest respect. We encourage the use of similar materials or replacement materials consistent with the properties, character and nature of the original.
