Earlier this month “The Week” posted an article titled “House hunting: 7 homes with award-winning architecture.” The article features interior and exterior shots of 7 homes across the USA which are for sale right now, and have won awards for their architecture.
What makes these homes stand out? They aren’t all extravagant as you might thing (although many are). We think it’s their uniqueness – what the homeowners have designed is a house unlike any other. Many feature open floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, stone work, wood detailing and vaulted ceilings.
Which one is your favorite? What sold you on it? The exterior architecture, the interior architecture or both?
